A family-friendly company, we know parental leave is one of the most important benefits for any working parent. All Team Members who are new parents—including non-birthing and adoptive parents—receive four weeks of fully paid parental leave. New birthing parents receive an additional eight weeks of maternity leave, for a total of 12 weeks of fully paid leave. Our industry-leading parental leave benefits cover approximately 40,000 Team Members. *Available for US Team Members only
