Misschien wel de beste gayclub van de Lage Landen! Het is een kleine ruimte en de drankjes zijn vrij duur, maar dat is absoluut de moeite waard voor het warme publiek en de geweldige feesten. Er zijn veel vieze, vieze dingen gebeurd tussen mij en mijn vrienden in hun kelder.aarzel niet om te gaan als je in de scene bent en op zoek bent naar een leuke tijd

NOG STEEDS NIET GEREGELD! (01/12/23)
Er werd € 50 in rekening gebracht voor twee flessen Heineken op mijn bankpas na mijn symbolische bezoek aan deze sleaze bar gisteravond in Amsterdam. Dit was mijn laatste avond (1/2/23) en daarom kon ik het de volgende dag niet regelen.
Ik heb alle informatie verstrekt om mezelf te identificeren en GEEN REACTIE of enige bevestiging. Behoorlijk schandalig dat dit gebeurt door een "gerenommeerd" bedrijf.
Niets beter dan een gewone oplichterij, waarbij de mensen die het runnen geen enkele eerlijkheid of integriteit hebben.

Wauw. € 100, - is van mijn rekening verdwenen. 2 biertjes besteld. Wat een oplichterij voor toeristen! En nu weigert de eigenaar elkaar te ontmoeten en zegt dat ik hem "bedreig". Met wat? Mijn geld vragen? Hij wil dat ik deze recensie verwijder voordat ik het geld terugbetaal, zodat andere klanten niet kunnen zien dat het personeel bij Eagle Amsterdam steelt. Jammer. Ik zal HIER een bankafschrift verstrekken zodra het beschikbaar is, zodat ik mijn woorden kan bewijzen.
Edit wat een leugenachtig antwoord. Ik kan geen screenshot maken van mijn bankieren-app. Ik zei het toch. U moet wachten totdat de pdf-verklaring beschikbaar is. Wilde komen, niet om te schreeuwen, maar om deze situatie op te lossen en werd beschuldigd van het bedreigen van de nauwelijks Engels sprekende eigenaar. Misschien gewoon een Google-vertaling gebruiken?

STILL NOT SORTED OUT! (25/4/23)
Was charged €50 for two bottles of Heineken on my debit card after my token visit to this sleaze bar last night in Amsterdam. This was my final evening (1/2/23) therefore I couldn't sort it the following day.
I have supplied all the information to identify myself and NO RESPONSE or any acknowledgement. Pretty outrageous for this to happen from a "reputable" business.
No better than a common scam when the people who run it lack any honesty or integrity.

Best bar in town, in amsterdam Central, 5 minutes walk from Central station. I love the dancing area at Eagle club. Dj is amazing, and of course clientele diverse, for everybody

Der Empfang war gar nicht nett, vorallem war ein kleines Missverständnis wegen der Garderobe Zahlung, der Mitarbeiter ein alter Herr hat mich so verbal angegriffen, als ob wäre ich nicht bezahlen würden. Nie wieder aber danke trotzdem

Afgelopen zaterdag 1 oktober het 43 jarige jubileum van de eagle met House of salvia Wat een geweldige avond voll entertainment. House of salvia dank jullie wel ik heb er so van genoten.ik weet nu weer waarom.ik zelf ook graag een dragqueen wil zijn.

Super quiet on a Friday night. Good thing - Free Entry. Bad thing - you must buy drinks or you gotta leave. I had a drink here, and left for 1 hour, and then came back. The bartender immediately asked me to get another drink before I could even walk into the dance floor. I could definitely get more drinks here, but this place treats it as a entry ticket really turns me off.

Not alll staff, but only one specific bartender he cheat you ib the change. No matter whar you prove to pay, he says you gave him like 5 euris, but you know you gave him 50. If you pay by card, check what he charges you.

I am not allowed to enter The Eagle during their normal business hours. But when the MeanTime holds their all gender parties I have an awesome time! There are enough toys around to (be) play (ed) with. Also a lot of live to the staff who make the MeanTime such an awesome party, Love you guys <3

My iphone was stolen here today (3rd-Nov-19) and I realised that in less than 10 minutes after loosing my phone. I immediately contacted the bar tender and explained my situation and asked for a phone to contact the police, he said he cannot help me and did not offer any support. I also requested a patron to call police but they did not care and ignored my plea. THERE IS NO COAT-CHECK. What a ruthless bar, bartender and the patrons!

A great venue to spend your time. Because of a very cosy space thanks to the layout with three floors, with the bar centered on door-level, nicely designed. There is even a wall full covered with mirror. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. There is a nice staff too!

During the Amsterdam Pride we've visited "The Eagle". The barkeepers and the music are great! But the toilets are terrible! Everywhere piss - not only in the toilets (in front of the toilets and on the floor) and thus it smells!

Could not believe the hate and how cruel they were to a trans person at this location. They were so mean and kicked a trans person out whilst saying very hateful discriminating things to them. Very hateful people! Do not support this establishment!

I perhaps did not see the best of this place. I went on Saturday of Pride. It was rammed and felt dangerous. The stairs are typical of Amsterdam but the crowds and the lights made them dangerous. The toilets were disgusting- overflowing with piss and this was carried out into the club.
The staff were generally friendly but the place was really grim.
