Tracking Beryl: Getting Better Organized, Tropical Storm Warnings Issued

Tropical Storm Beryl is getting better organized in the Gulf and will impact the Texas Gulf Coast with tropical storm force winds starting Sunday evening, with hurricane force winds moving onshore near the center on Monday morning, likely in the Middle Texas Coast area between Rockport and Port Lavaca and Palacios. Surge of 3-5′ will affect a large area. Tornadoes and heavy rain will be a threat as welll.
